In line with PropertyGuru's efforts to provide the best, PropertyGuru is collaborating with Intuit Research Consultants, as a respected international research agency to improve the survey which began in the second semester of 2016. This form of collaboration is carried out to strengthen the accuracy and credibility of the survey.

The Rumah.com Consumer Sentiment Study uses online survey data which is conducted every six months. Each survey involves more than 1000 respondents spread across various regions in Indonesia.
