New Construction & Renovation
Mandala Property specializes in quality, custom-built construction. We strive to meet our clients’ individual needs and provide the highest level of service. Clients can select from one of our current single family homes or can work through Mandala Property to personally design and create their own home. Our custom home building process takes our clients step by step through locating a property, finding the best approach to designing a plan that is tailored to the site, determining the project’s budget, and designing every level of finish in the new space.
As with our custom new construction, our proven process is applied to our smaller scale additions, renovations and home improvement projects. We offer the same quality, attention to detail and customer service whether our clients are renovating a bathroom, installing a new kitchen or adding a two story addition to an existing home. Our process is scalable and our service is consistent.

Design
We are committed to providing our clients with the best experience possible when they are designing their new home, addition or remodeling project. Whether we work on the design or act as a consultant with our client’s architect or designer, we work as a team. Our design team has the expertise and vision to deliver throughout the process in whatever capacity works best for the construction team. We desire to be involved as early as possible so that we can help determine feasibility of the budget, space needs and zoning conformity. We also work with new home buyers on the potential for renovations on a new home purchase.
Initial Consultation
Whether our clients are building a new home or starting an addition/remodeling project, we start with an initial consultation to discuss the project and establish the scope of work for the new space. During this meeting we also discuss the budget and the potential options for creating plans. We can also set up a meeting to review plans that have already been developed by our client’s architect or designer. We refer and work with several top architects in Bali.
Preliminary Design
After the initial consultation, we review the design concepts for the rooms specified in the scope. During this phase the plans will be reviewed to make sure the spaces meet expectations, both aesthetically and functionally. In addition, we continually review the budget to make sure that we remain inline with the goals for the project.
Final Design & Specifications
Once the collaborative design process is completed, our clients and our team work with vendors to select finish materials and products for the project. The Design team can advise and review options, explain applicable product alternatives, and ensure that all choices are in line with the project budget.
Property Acquisition & Investment
At times our clients need assistance in finding the right property for their project. We often speak to home owners and real estate brokers to help facilitate the acquisition. Based on your requirements such as desired location, style of living and purchasing price range, we will put together a suitable selection for you.
We provide everything from property viewings, notarial assistance, price negotiations, as well as the latest information on investment properties. Our expertise and familiarity with each unique local area ensures all your needs are taken care of.
